Embodies a Coaching Mindset

Develops and maintains a mindset that is open, curious, flexible, and client-centered

Description

Embodying a coaching mindset—an open, curious, flexible, and client-centered mindset—is a process that requires ongoing personal and professional learning and development as a coach. These elements occur throughout a coach's professional journey and cannot be fully captured in a single moment. Understanding of this competency is assessed in the ICF Credentialing Exam at all levels. At PCC level, specific elements are reflected through the demonstration of PCC Markers observed in other competencies.
