Every analysis is structured around the official ICF competency framework, providing specific behavioral markers and evidence from your transcript. While AI mentor coaching doesn't replace human mentoring entirely, it provides consistent, detailed feedback that many coaches find more actionable than traditional sessions.

Can this count toward my ICF credential hours?

AI coaching sessions currently don't count toward ICF credential hours, which require human mentor coaches. ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching for credentialing (minimum 3 hours individual). However, our platform helps you practice and prepare between sessions, making your actual mentor coaching hours more productive. Our Professional plan includes access to real mentor coaching sessions that do count toward ICF requirements.
